How to join or renew your membership of The Pines Tennis Club

Decide what membership is best for you. If you are the only person joining the club, then you want a single membership (adult, pensioner or junior/student). But if there are more family members then it may be better to join as a family. Generally if there are 2 adults and 1 child, a family membership will be better for you.

Online registration and credit/debit card payment provides immediate access to book a court and club facilities.  Alternatively you may register online and pay by electronic funds transfer or cash to our membership director.  Access to book a court and club facilities as a member will be available as soon as the payment is processed.  (If you provide your details by registering online you do not have to fill out our paper based membership form.)


If preferred you may join or renew membership manually by completing the following membership form and providing it with your fee to our membership secretary. Membership forms are also available in the clubhouse, online, or by contacting the Membership Secretary.  You can print the electronic copy and either post or email a scanned copy back to the club.

And finally you make your payment by one of the following methods:

  • Register online and pay by credit/debit card (preferred)

  • EFT payment to the clubs account;

  • you may also pay by cheque to our postal address together with the relevant membership form; and

  • if paying by cash, we suggest that you hand the money and form to the Membership Secretary directly.


Membership Renewals


Current members will be sent a membership renewal email towards the end of their current membership period. The email will have a link for electronic renewal and payment. If preferred members may renew their membership manually by completing the membership form and providing it with the fee to our membership secretary.
