Affiliation and registration with Tennis ACT and Tennis Australia
Book courts for no charge during the day and pay only a nominal fee for lights at night
Play with Pines teams in ACT Pennant competitions
Play organised social tennis at The Pines including Tuesday and Wednesday night Gala
Access to the clubhouse and BBQ facilities including a covered outside seating area.
How to join or renew your membership of The Pines Tennis Club
Decide what membership is best for you. If you are the only person joining the club, then you want a single membership (adult, pensioner or junior/student). But if there are more family members then it may be better to join as a family. Generally if there are 2 adults and 1 child, a family membership will be better for you.
Memberships run from 1st January to the 31st December. If you are joining later in the year, quarterly pro-rata fees are available for new members only if joining after April for that year only.
Membership forms are also available in the clubhouse, online, or by contacting the Membership Secretary. You can print the electronic copy and either post or email a scanned copy back to the club.
And finally you must send us your payment:
we prefer you pay by EFT;
you may also pay by cheque to our postal address together with the relevant membership form; and
if paying by cash, we suggest that you hand the money and form to the Membership Secretary directly.

The club does accept other fees by EFT including pennant fees. Include your name and pennant details on the transfer and email the Membership Secretary: email@example.com.
Fees are non-refundable.
Fees for the following year
Subscriptions are due 1st January of each year. We will send your renewal reminder by email (if you have provided one to us) soon after the AGM for the following year.
